The kidnappers of a Lagos monarch have finally reached out to his family demanding an outrageous sum.

Gunmen who kidnapped Oba Yushau Goriola Oseni, a Lagos monarch have made their demands for his release. According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the kidnappers have demanded a N500m ransom. It will be recalled that the kidnappers stormed the monarch’s palace at Iba area of Lagos around 11:30pm on Saturday and took him away, escaping through the waterways.
They killed his guard and shot his wife.
The family or the police are yet to comment on whether the ransom will be met or not.
