Omg! 50-year-old Woman Who Looks 20 Reveals Her Unbelievable Secret (Photos)

A woman who is 50 years but looks very much like an elegant 20-year-old girl has revealed the shocking secret behind her young look.
Elizabeth Young is so amazing that at 50 she looks like a 20-year-old
She is 50 years, but you can never tell. Elizabeth Young looks like another 20 year-old girl out there. But, the woman who looks half her age has revealed the shocking secret behind her youthful looks and elegant figure.
She has watched her friends settle down, got married and had babies, but the seamstress from South Norwood, London, is not worried as she opted for the single life and says it's the reason she still looks like she's 'in her 20s'.
Giving more details, she revealed that her decision to stay single and not have children was the main reason for her youthful and gorgeous look.
Dailymailreveals that Elizabeth, who's a petite 5ft 5ins and wears a dress size six to eight, says flying solo gives her more time and energy to work on her toned body and monitor her diet strictly.
She also claims her wrinkle-free complexion is down to not having a partner to argue with or 'stressful' in-laws to deal with.
What's more, Elizabeth – whose longest relationship lasted three years and occasionally dates younger men 'for fun' – believes a serious relationship or marriage would 'ruin' her looks.
Instead, she spends her time at the gym, with thrice weekly workouts, and goes clubbing with friends at least once a week.
She says: 'People always tell me I look amazing for my age, and I know it's because I'm single.
'I've been told I'm missing out on marriage and kids, but I'm happier being alone as it means I look and feel amazing. Those things cause worry and worrying is ageing.'
'I've seen women my age go through relationship stress, heartbreak and divorce and that takes its toll on a person's appearance.
'I want to show people that staying single is good for your health.'
Elizabeth says she decided as a teen that she never wanted to get married, initially because she felt it would compromise her independence. The 50-year-old says her decision has left her a fulfilled woman.

You May Be Living With Cancer and Not Even Know It - Expert Sounds Important Warning to Nigerians

As cancer takes its toll on a significant percentage of the world population, an expert has sounded a warning to Nigerians on the disturbing subject.
Professor Abayomi Durosinmi-Etti, a Professor of Radiotherapy & Oncology, has raised serious alarm over the rising cases of cancer in Nigeria.
According to Vanguard, the expert also urged Nigerians to take proactive measures against the scourge.
Prof Durosinmi-Etti, a Consultant Radiotherapist and Oncologist, College of Medicine, University of Lagos, gave this warning while speaking during the inaugural lecture of the University of Lagos, that focused on cancer (the big 'C').
According to him, many Nigerians may be living with cancer without knowing.
Vanguard reports that the man declared that cancer has overtaken other Non Communicable Diseases, NCDs, in the country as leading cause of death. In his lecture entitled:"That we may overcome cancer",the specialist said presently, about 10 million persons are diagnosed with cancer annually out of which six million die.
Half of these deaths occur in developing countries like Nigeria.
He said: "Breast cancer is the commonest female cancer followed by cervical cancer with both responsible for 50 percent of all tumours seen in Nigeria while cancer of prostate continues to be on the increase in men.
"A total of 100,000 new cases of cancer per year are being diagnosed in Nigeria and cancer in women has risen significantly, hence, the need for proactive interventions. There is need to continue the development of more cancer management infrastructure which are limited."
Durosinmi-Etti said while cancer is more common in adults it can also be diagnosed at any age.
"Certain lifestyles choices are known to increase your risk of cancer such as smoking, drinking alcohol, excessive exposure to the sun, obesity, lack of exercise, and having unsafe s*x.
"Changing these bad habits can lower an individual's risk of cancer. Family history and environment around you may contain harmful chemicals that can increase risk of cancer and chemicals in the home or workplace such as asbestos and benzene."
He said Nigeria lacks infrastructure to treat cancer and which is expensive.
"To overcome cancer, there is need for us to acquire teletherapy machines because going by the IAEA recommendation Nigeria needs at least 200 teletherapy machines to the 500 people per megavoltage machine.
"Unfortunately, Nigeria has only nine of these machines serving 170 million persons despite the fact that radio therapy plays a major as 50 percent of all cancers require it.
"The country is also faced with problem of frequent breakdown of equipment due to erratic power supply, dust and the humidity among other factors. Presently only the machines at Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, and National Hospital, Abuja, are functional."
Durosinmi-Etti said goals of cancer treatment is to achieve a cure allowing a normal life span, adding that early cases are potentially curable.
"The myth that cancer is synonymous with death is changing as cancer is no longer a death sentence especially when diagnosed early.
"Treating cancer is expensive. I will recommend it is included in the National Health Insurance Scheme. Pharmaceutical companies involved in cancer drugs should be given some tax free incentives to make the drugs affordable. With the problem of forex the prices have risen by over 80 percent."
Cancer prevention tips:
*Do not smoke or use tobacco.
*Keep active, avoiding certain infections such as HPV, and avoiding cancer risks in the workplace
*Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Base your diet on fruits, vegetables and other foods from plant sources — such as whole grains and beans.
*Avoid obesity. Eat lighter and leaner by choosing fewer high-calorie foods, including refined sugars and fat from animal sources.
*Drink alcohol only in moderation.
*Limit processed meats and red meat.
*Maintain a healthy weight and be physically active. For substantial health benefits, strive to get at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic physical activity.

PHOTO: Player Sent Off For Farting Loudly During A Football Match.

Adam Lindin Ljungkvist was dismissed in the late stages of a ninth-tier game in Sweden after he let of what was apparently a rather impressive fart. There are many reasons a player can be sent off in a game - reckless tackles, two yellow cards, even swearing at the referee in some occasions. But Swedish football saw a bizarre new offence which seems incredibly harsh.
In a ninth-tier clash, Pershagen SK's Adam Lindin Ljungkvist was sent off for "unsportsmanlike behaviour" when he farted loudly in his side's game against and Jarna SK's reserves.
The game was almost over and, having apparently already been given a yellow card, he released wind and was booked for the second time.
"I needed to fart, I had a bad stomach," he
told Lanstidningen Sodertalje. "So I just farted. Then I received a yellow card and then a red.
"I was shocked, it's the strangest thing I have ever experienced on a football field.
"I asked the referee: 'What, you can't fart on the
field?', he replied: 'No'. PLAY
He does, however, have a theory as to why he was sent off: "He may have thought that I farted in my hand and threw it towards him, but he didn't say."
The referee reported that he had already booked the player in the 65th minute, but Ljungkvist says he can't remember receiving one.
And the referee, Dany Kako, has cleared up the
situation, stating that it was indeed for passing gas. "I perceive that it is a provocation against another player. He did it on purpose and it was inappropriate behaviour. Therefore, he received a yellow card." But even Kako admitted that it is an absurd situation.
"Yes. No one must get a yellow card for farting on the field. Once there was a player who stood and peed next to the pitch. That was also a yellow card."
According to the opposition striker Kristoffer Linde says he heard the fart and testified to how loud it was.
"I was standing a good distance away but I heard the fart loud and clear. It was the strangest thing I've seen on the field, and I have been playing football since I was eight years old."
