Mr. Michael Ibru was said tohave been undergoing treatment in a hospital in Floriday, United States before giving up the ghost at the age of 86.
He was born on December 25, 1930 to Chief Peter Epete Ibru and Chief (Mrs.) Janet Omotogor Ibru, in Warri, Delta State. He attended Igbobi College, Lagos between 1948 and 1951, after secondary school, he joined the United African Company (UAC), as a management trainee.
