“First picture of baby Saint West” with Kim Kardashian and Kanye’s daughter North causes meltdown

North West with baby relative, but sorry it isn't Saint
An Instagram snap believed to be the first official picture of Saint West has turned out to be a complete hoax.
An image of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West 's eldest daughter North feeding a baby appeared on the account @privateKanye yesterday, with many fans going into meltdown at the thought it was a leaked picture of the baby.

Captioned "everything" users soon began commenting that it could well be Saint.
One commenter wrote: "i spy a saint lol" as another added: "is this true?!?!!!"
The excitement was too much for another, who wrote: "omg what"
Someone simply wrote: "Kim's new baby."
While the face is obscured, another didn't care and was just glad to finally have a look: "lool I know ! but this is all we're getting !"
Kimye aren't so stupid to post a photo of their son accidentally on social media though and it was soon identified as an old picture of North with a cousin.
While it isn't the second coming we had hoped for, at least it's a reminder of how cute North is and what an amazing older sister she's clearly going to be.
It is no surprise that the Wests have been keeping their son underwraps.
North, who was born in June 2013, was kept well away from the spotlight for the first few months.
Rather than striking a magazine deal, the parents revealed their gorgeous daughter on momager Kris Jenner's chatshow.
While we haven't SEEN Saint yet he is already making his presence known in the West household.
Earlier this week Kim took to Twitter to complain 4am feeds were making her "delirious".
She wrote on Monday morning: "This 4 am feeding really kills me. I'm like delirious."
Mum-to-be Chrissy Teigen sympathised with the star, sending a crying face. To which Kim replied: "You have no idea".

It looks like we're going to have to wait a little longer to meet him, at least we have North though.
